crisp, clean, with a sweet aftertaste. This chardonnay has a beautiful deep blonde hue, and drinks well alone, or pairs well with light seafood - shrimp, cod, mahi mahi, fluke, etc. this wine was clearly not oaked, so drinks more like riesling or pinot grigio than the more traditional chardonnays. range of flavors from banana, asian pear, with undertone of citrus.
