A nice soft feel to it, with a real fizzy kick to it.
Tastes of strawberries and under-ripe cherries. It may be a little thin, but if you swoosh it around for a while you can get a lot more out of this wine (spice and more body).
Would seem to pair well with lighter meals. A good deal for the price.

Very faint nose of shortbread and tar.
On the palate, some bland fruit and relatively thin mouthfeel. But still, there's something there which isn't too bad really.
Quick finish, but some spice does linger. All in all, for a 4.99 pinot, not horrible. Wouldn't necessarily bring this to a dinner party, but for a quick swill on a Thursday evening watching LOST, it's a winner.
