NV Jean Vesselle - Brut Reserve Champagne 'A Bouzy'
What a delightful Champagne! Ultra racy and clean on the nose, ripe and pungent with loads of lime zest, lemon blossom, and heaps of cool flinty minerality. The mousse is strong, frothy and lasting. Very long and refreshing, with a persistence that is hard to beat. Better than most famous luxury cuvees that cost many times more.
