Light nose w/ a bit of pepper and cherry - some tinge of asparagus/vegetal notes.
Sweet and vanilla on the palate. Maybe too much oak. Nice, but light and not delivering on the body or the finish.
My guess is very enjoyable for wine rookies. It's nice and straightforward and has characteristics that are simple but OK.

I can't get a whole lot more than oak from the nose. Slightly tart, vanilla, sweet and raisiny, but it does have a real sticky mouthfeel.
If you're into a shallow-type oaky cab, you may be into this, but I don't think it's worth $9.
