Seventy-five percent Cabernet Sauvignon and twenty five percent Merlot, this wine is a beautiful treasure from about as far away as a wine could hail from, the Margaret River in South Western Australia. Inky black with a vibrant rim of magenta at the edge, with a perfume that would (in the words of an old colleague) "attract butterflies in January." Dense, plush, rich, soft, and substancuial with gorgeous definition, ample opulence, and a refined personality.
