Manuel harvest. Very soft pressing and cold settling. Fermentation in 45 hectoliters vats. During the Autumn, the conditions are optimal for the development of Botrytis Cinéréa (noble rot) which allows the concentration of sugar and flavours in the grapes.
It's a fresh, fruity and pure wine with a beautiful structure. It is developing a nice aromas of exotic fruits, pear, grapefruit but also hazelnut and mint. The mouth is deep, balanced and fine.
This wine is a perfect sweety wine with an exellent balance between the roundness and the acidity
