2nd review on this wine. I still love it.
Great vanilla, oak, blueberries, and smoke aromas on tight nose that invites you to take a sip.
Chalky and smooth on the palate. Nice balance and great structure. Reminds me of why I love the Chilean brands, and especially Concha y Toro.
Shell and Bull delivers again, this line is great. Ice cream and smoke, a winner all over -- especially for the price. Nice clean finish that lasts but isn't overblown. It doesn't peak at any point, just nice, solid, and clean all the way through till the lovely end.

This wine has a great, almost black color to it, and the meniscus (thanks 8th grade science teacher) becomes this bright neon pink in the light.
Agree with John, smooth yet flavorful, and could use some additional structure. But a great deal for the price.

Straight out. A darn good deal. This is an impressive wine for 6.99.
Smooth, yet flavorful. Dense, but airy. I like it. Smoke, earth, chocolate, and dry.
On the negative side, could be a bit more structured and/or extra acidity. When it hits your mouth, there's not a bang. But nonetheless, good deal.
