Spicy, needs a bit more oak vanilla. Good w/ savory food, pork loin, lamb, etc. Mineral on the finish.

Big flavor, but tastes like rubber. Spicy & bold. Little sour on the finish.

Cherry, oak/vanilla. Kind of a crisp finish, but nicely coats the palate. Great legs on the glass.

A little tired and plummy. But still nice integrated spice. Very easy, a quick finish. Tastes like a cheap cab, but still drinkable.
