Cherry, oak/vanilla. Kind of a crisp finish, but nicely coats the palate. Great legs on the glass.

I "caught the vapors" when I stuck my nose in the glass, a bit too much alcohol there. But the nose also brought some peppery spice which was good.
But the taste kinda fell flat after that intense nose. Vanilla, balanced, and the finish was pretty nice and peppery.

A bit sweet on the nose. Too oaky for a sauv blanc, with a thin/watery finish.

Kind of skunky on the nose, and I couldn't really pin-point the taste flavors. Acidic and citrusy, but thought it was good overall.

This wine was very refreshing. Tropical and melon aroma, and the taste brought some serious grapefruit. It was pretty acidic and sharp, with a very lemon citrus finish. Nice and light, probably would be great with most white wine type meals.

Thin, flat, can't hang if you have it with food. Very smooth, but very one dimensional.

Sweet cherries w/ some spice on the nose. Slightly carbonated on the tongue, and a bit sweet. Lively finish.

Lilies and more lilies on the nose. Tastes very similar to the Merryvale Starmont Sauv Blanc. Very mild flavor. Fleeting finish is clean. Not overpowering.

Fruity but fleeting scent reminiscent of apricot. Tastes lite and fruity at the onste. Tart and brief finish. Nice wine for cool spring evening.

Sour cherry nose that tickles back of throat. Rich taste but not overpowering, oaky and dry. Non coating lenghty finish.

Spicy/fruity scent, yet light. Much less overpowering than the Geyser Peak sauv blanc. Taste light per the nose. Brief finish, but nice.

Extremely fruity nose, like concentrated grape juice. Slightly carbonated on the tongue, very mild almost lacking in flavor. Brief finish.

Fruity nose w/ no kick. Very mild/sweet. In your mouth, watery and flat. Easy to drink w/ a brief finish.

Very mild nose. Spicy, getting sweeter. Much more mellow taste than the Gallo 'Reserve' cabernet. Maybe a nice dinner wine.

Color was beet/purple-y. If this wine were edible, this would be californian comfrot food. So well-rounded aroma w/ sweet perfume. Tastes slightly sweet at first, and then transitions to an airy/savory thing? (Diana Lee)

Another pale blonde color sauv blanc. Nose is straight up cheese, a salty and very aged cheese, semi-soft and perhaps veiny. Tastes like it smells, like cheese! But w/ an acidic aftertaste (Diana Lee)

Smooth and buttery, a bit chardonnay like. A nice easy going summer day sipper. Don't need any food paired with this one. Water, grassy, bamboo ... but in general more my style of a sauv blanc.
