1Chateau La Borie 1977, is this real?

Hello all,

I have called three wine vendors / traders and email a variety of others and so far nobody can find any information on this bottle of wine I found in a cellar. The label says:

"Tete de Cuvee, Cotes du Rhone wine, 1977, Chateau la Borie, Suze-la-Rousse"
